The project addresses the problems of storing, transferring, processing and visualizing Learning Records. The research will focus on the development of a Learning Record Store (LRS) for data storage, a ’learning Hub’ for data visualization, a connector for linking current LMS (Learning Management Systems) to LRS, and a SCORM / TINCAN converter.
