Paul Vanabelle

Paul Vanabelle owns a Master of Science in Civil Engineering (Electricity: telecommunications and multimedia) from the Polytechnic Faculty of the University of Mons (UMONS 2001) and has also followed a cursus in Innovation Management and Creativity (UMONS 2003).
His first job was for Banksys/AtosWorldline during 5 years where he officiated as Cardware Master Engineer in the service charged of the quality and security assessment of smartcard products for the Belgian banks.
Then he worked 10 years for the leading text-to-speech company Acapela-Group where he has developed competencies in machine learning, natural language processing and sound processing.
He joined CETIC in 2017 as senior research engineer to enforce the SST department in data analysis. Paul is interested by questions in data science and big data processing in several domains (healthcare, industrial processes…).
