Abiola earned a double Master’s degree in 2014: in Interactive Systems Engineering from the University of La Rochelle and in Intelligent Systems and Multimedia from the International Francophone Institute in Vietnam. He then worked for seven years in Laos as an IT consultant and project manager, specializing in the development of mobile, web, and Odoo applications.

In 2023, Abiola completed a Ph.D. in Computer Science at the University of Namur, with a thesis focused on using storytelling to facilitate the adoption of open data. After earning his Ph.D., he took up a postdoctoral position at the University of Namur from December 2023 to April 2024, where he contributed to the ARIAC project.

Since April 2024, Abiola has been a Senior Research Engineer at CETIC, within the MBEDIS department. His interests include the use of artificial intelligence and large language models (LLMs) for system verification and validation, as well as application development.
