Aicha EL BAKALI graduated as industrial engineer from the National School of Applied Sciences (ENSA/Tangier) in 2016.
From 2016 to 2018, Aicha held the position of "Lean Manufacturing Engineer" at the BEL Group, a French multinational in the food industry. Then, she moved to the "Research and Development Project Manager" position, where she was able to manage for 5 years a large portfolio of strategic projects of Product Innovation, Renovation and Cost saving, thus linking the group vision to the operational world.
Technology Transfer Officer at CETIC since December 2022, she reinforces the mission of CETIC towards companies by capitalizing on her experience in Industry.
