Philippe DRUGMAND graduated as civil engineer in 1987 from the University of Liège (ULg). Philippe worked 5 years in Systems Europe on electrical dispatchings and 13 years in Alcatel-Lucent on distributed systems, especially on high availability middleware for Telecom equipment. He has an extensive experience as group leader and as technical project manager. He leaded several international R&D projects within the Alcatel-Lucent group. Philippe joined CETIC in 2007, and now leads the Embedded & Communication Systems department of CETIC.
