Nico Salamone acquired his master’s degree in computer science from the University of Mons in 2019. During his studies, he carried out a substantial project to solve the Minesweeper game by means of an artificial intelligence based on neural networks. Subsequently, as part of his master’s thesis, he analysed the uniformity of random graph generators and developed his own generator. He later completed an internship at CETIC dealing with facial recognition. Thus, in September 2019, Nico joined CETIC as a research engineer in order to strengthen the Big Data team.
