Co-Innovation Methodology and Technology
Lucrezia holds a master’s degree in Economics and has several years of experience in support and coordination activities within large industrial companies. She joined CETIC in 2017 as a Dissemination Coordinator after completing a certification in Digital Strategy. In 2019, she joined the COMET team (Co-innovation and Methodology) to contribute to structuring the research themes of the department and actively participate in the development of co-innovation methodologies. Her role involves supporting companies and project leaders in implementing digital innovations, particularly in the industrial sector (Industry 4.0), through an open innovation approach. Lucrezia is also the internal reference for topics related to the circular economy. She is interested in digital tools and practices that make the circular economy a major growth driver for companies. As a project manager, Lucrezia has also taken on the coordination of various projects, all sharing the common goal of disseminating technological innovation. In her role, Lucrezia ensures effective communication of project results through various channels (media, publications, events).
