The DIAMOND project aims to support individuals from vulnerable socio-economic backgrounds on their journey to employment by tailoring training programs and enhancing their employability. To achieve this, DIAMOND is developing two innovative solutions: the Employability Growth Index (EGROW Index), which measures and adapts individuals’ skills, and the MOVE Platform, a digital solution dedicated to lifelong learning with personalized micro-certifications.
The project will result in the creation of the EGROW Index, a detailed measurement tool that evaluates individuals’ skill progression, taking into account their capacities for digital and ecological transformation. This index will be used to customize training programs based on specific user needs. Simultaneously, the MOVE Platform will provide a digital learning space where users can acquire relevant skills through AI-driven recommendations. The project will also incorporate economic analyses to assess the impact of these solutions on the labor market and understand their macroeconomic effects.
DIAMOND will deliver significant added value by facilitating access to employment for vulnerable individuals, tailoring training programs to their specific needs, and enhancing their employability. This project embodies a dynamic of social innovation, using a collaborative approach to validate and refine the tools developed. Ultimately, DIAMOND will contribute to inclusive growth and the reduction of economic and social vulnerability.
